Saving the Best for Last

The stockings are all hung…..the presents are wrapped…the cards are all sent – I think, that leaves…

Baking!! And with snow in our forecast (and maybe lots of it), it is a perfect time to bundle in at home and keep busy in the kitchen! Some ideas I have (of course, I can always change my mind…) are: haystacks (I love these but have never made them myself), fudge, ginger cookies and oreo balls!

Seriously need to schedule some extra exercise time!! Maybe I’ll be building a snowman (probably not)!! Have a great weekend –

  1. ENJOY yourself. To bake while it is snowing is something I have always dreamed about, but as a California gal I am happy if I get a "cool" day, haha…say a quick prayer for me if you have time…I have come down with stomach flu and THIS is my Christmas weekend. Thank you….Blessings, Debbie

  2. I enjoyed looking at your last couple of posts. I hope your wrist is better. What a sweet hubby you have. Mine would have offered to do the same. We are blessed.
Did you get your cookies done??
    Merry Christmas!

It has been cool here the last few days, in the 40-60's, perfect weather as far as I am concerned.
    Loving it!!
    Well, Merry Christmas and Happy
Baking if you aren't done yet.
