The other day a couple girlfriends and I met for breakfast and then we were headed to my local consignment store. However, we enjoyed our breakfast so much, they ran out of time for shopping….so I had to go by myself:) I always have fun browsing this store – even visiting with the owner and other ladies in the store – but finding not one but several cute things makes it all the better:) And for such a bargain!!
These are just a few of the things I brought home for the house…..
but I really LOVE this pitcher! Even has a bit of a bluish tone – making it perfect in my living room!!
ooh i love that pitcher and the rooster centerpiece! those are some great finds!
Oh I LOVE these…And yet ANOTHER thing we have in common. I LOVE to go to thrift stores and look not only for bargains of course, but for things with a history and meaning. There are a couple of them here in downtown Upland, with antique stores as well. One of my favorite places to spend an afternoon. I think we'd have a great time doing this some day…Where did you put that wonderful vase? Have a great day…HUGS
I love your finds, especially the rooster candle thinge. I enjoy antique stores too.
You got some great items for your home!! I love both of them. I went to GW today, but came home empty handed. Love & blessings from NC!
Hi Jen! Okay I'm stealing that word…"Woo D Hoo!" I LOVE it cause I have a weird word fettish and this word is just SO CUTE! I'll have to add it to my writing vocabulary 🙂 I can so HEAR you saying it too! Hee-hee 🙂 You say it often when you're happy and it's just fun to hear you say it and fun to hear you happy 🙂 So love that word!!
By the way, can we stop at that consignment store when I come up? May not be able to do TOO much shopping these days (as we talked about on the phone) BUT hey, if it's a consignment store, then just MAYBE I can let a few things slip by, hee-hee 🙂
Can't wait to see ya!
Love,
Erica
