I mentioned yesterday that I am in Texas for a wedding…with that in mind, I thought I would share something cute I heard on the radio the other day. The question was:
If you knew then what you do now, what would be something you would add to your marriage vows???
One caller said:
For richer, for poorer
In sickness and in health
In silence and in snoring!!
Totally with you there!! Made me laugh 🙂 Happy Friday, friends!
Happy Friday to you too!
I would have to second the 'silence and snoring' part!
;~}
That is hilarious. Thank goodness Cody does not snore. I really am so thankful for that! 🙂
Too funny! Welcome to Texas friend! If Heather and I would have known, we would invited you to join us that's if you had time.
Ooops! Wait…you didn't say what part of Texas. I guess that we could have only invited you had you been in the Dallas area. lol!
Jennifer, you commented on my blog today wondering if I had gotten your contact information. I sent you a long email on July 15th, so I went back just now and re-sent it to you. If you don't get it today, please let me know and I will see if maybe I have the wrong email address for you. When I never heard back from you, I just thought that you were on vacation or busy. Evidently you never got the first email I sent you. Hopefully it will work this time. Can't wait to hear about your wedding trip. Love & blessings from NC!
Have fun in Texas! We were in Texas for a wedding in May, we had lots of fun! Thanks for stopping by today!
Blessings!
Amen and amen! Hmmm… perhaps a really good wedding gift would be a matching set of earplugs? Never thought of that before! Heee! Have the best time… and post pics of those cute red shoes!
About the hydrangeas—I don't think you did anything wrong. Did you buy the endless summer ones? I bought those last year and they didn't bloom and this year only one out of the three bloomed. I think it takes a LONG time for those to get established. The limelights are amazing and I bet you would get a lot of blooms out of that. I had to find mine at a local nursery.
Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for stopping by today,
glad you enjoyed the pics. Am so very sorry to hear about your son
Tyler, I can only imagine the pain. I adore my 2 children, and can't imagine living without them.
Know you will be in my prayers hon,
cause I know healing takes a while,
and some things take longer than others and I would say this qualifies for longer. My son is in the process of healing from a divorce he did not want and it has been 8 long months and it is still going on. Thankfully there were no precious children involved.
Hope you have a wonderful time at the wedding and see bunches of folks you love and enjoy. Weddings are always lovely affairs,
well, most of the time anyway.
I have seen a few that you have to
wonder about. ha!!
Blessings, Nellie
