Hello blog friends! Yes, I have been absent but, no, I am not hiding. Oh but I have missed blogging and have especially missed blog visiting. I was not able to post after my cruise as I only had about 24 hours to unpack, do laundry and then repack and head to North Carolina. I am with my friend for about 10 days. She had surgery this morning. We are home now and she is, well, sleeping of course so I thought I would post quickly to say hello. I hope to join the Wednesday Hodge Podge tomorrow and, later this week, work on a post with some of my cruise photos. The week ahead looks to be quiet and very low-key. I look forward to extra time at the computer. I hope this finds everyone doing well and enjoying all the fun of summer!! Hope to be back on some type of blogging schedule soon!

Looking forward to what you have to share, especially the photos from your cruise!
Thanks much, friend!
Hope you enjoyed your cruise! Praying for your friends speedy recovery!
Thank you for the prayers!
I am glad you are able to be with your friend following surgery and help out for a few days. Praying for a full healing! I look forward to seeing your cruise pictures.
Thank you, Robin!
Yep, this is the season for traveling, packing and unpacking, opening our doors and our hearts. We’ll all be here when you return, friend.
This is what June looks like.
Thank you, Linda. So appreciate your comment!
Okay…so I just commented on today’s post…should have read here first. You are still with your friend. I’m so glad that you are able to be there with her, Jennifer. I’m sure it means a great deal to her to have you there…and as I’ve told you before…you are the perfect one to be there because you understand.
No worries, Dianna and thank you for the kind comment.
I hope your friend recovers quickly!
Thanks much, Cindy. She is doing really well.
My schedule has been busier, too. I am grateful to finally have a chance to catch up on some of your posts. Enjoy these moments! You will have much to share when your writing time returns.
Whirlwind!! Hope you have caught your breath now. I know your friend appreciated your visit and care. Looking forward to hearing more about the cruise.
