A Little Letters Look at January

February 5, 2019

Yes, the beginning of February is well underway but I still want to look back at last month.  To remember and appreciate all that God allowed to happen and the hidden blessings of this year’s first month.  If I am not purposeful to do so, all I will see (and remember) is cold days, long nights, bitter… Read More A Little Letters Look at January

Grateful in the Weary Days

February 20, 2018

Another Friday gone and another FMF missed.  Disappointing.  I enjoy the challenge of the FMF prompts and I enjoy the community of FMF.  I really enjoy blogging, actually, and do not like to miss posting.  But life.  Or, life with the flu.  This struggle with the flu has been going on for almost two weeks.  But, today… Read More Grateful in the Weary Days

A Confession and A Realization

January 30, 2018

With another month just about over, I like to look back at the last few weeks and take note of the exciting events, lessons learned and anything else that might need remembering.  As I grabbed my pretty, new 2018 planner, I realized a couple things.  But first…. A confession:  last year, my “planner” was a… Read More A Confession and A Realization

Remember. Be Grateful: Erica’s Visit

December 19, 2017

Its the Most Wonderful Time of the Year….and one of our most favorite weekends of the year, too!  My husband’s daughter (and her family, as in – the grands!) live in Florida and we do not get to see her (or them) very often; however, every year just before Christmas, she comes to visit her… Read More Remember. Remember. Be Grateful: October 2017

October 31, 2017

Another month has come to an end….and this one is my favorite so I am extra sad to see it go.  I thought it only appropriate to end with a look back at a few of my favorites – from fall and from October. Fall favorites – every year: Pumpkins are everywhere!  The white ones… Read More Remember. Be Grateful: October 2017

Remember. Be Grateful. 2017 Anniversary

September 16, 2017

Since I returned to blogging, I have tried to post regularly – for me and for now, that is every Tuesday and Friday.  Yesterday, I missed my post which was totally not my plan.  I knew I would be out of town but thought I would get the post up regardless.  Didn’t happen.  But I… Read More Remember. Remember. Be Grateful. May 2017

June 2, 2017

Certainly one of the goals of this blog is to intentionally remember God’s goodness.  How easy it is to get caught in the routine of life and, before you know it, another week has gone by – or, just as quickly, an entire month comes to an end.  I believe, as Christians, we genuinely want… Read More Remember. Welcome to My Blog

I’m Jennifer and I’m so glad you stopped by!

I hope whatever you read here will be encouraging!  Please leave me a comment.  I so enjoy meeting those who visit this little space of mine:)  By way of introduction….just a little about me:

I love mornings and Mondays (really, I do!)  I also love Bible studies, missions – and missionaries – trail mix (of any kind), volunteering, and red-headed babies! I had two:)  I love editing…grammar, adverbs, and excessive punctuation just make me smile!  Almost as much as organizing!  Organizing just about anything is my favorite way to relax.

A few things I could do without:  bad grammar (ugh), road construction, politics, protests (clearly I live in the wrong area), SPCA ads, wasted food and…well, tomatoes.  I can safely say I hate those!!
